Roman only use the finest quality of materials to guarantee unsurpassed quality and certainty in the manufacturing process, ensuring all products reach exceptional levels of style and performance. Its glass is coated with Roman Ultra Care, which aids the cleaning process by reducing the build-up of grime, limescale and stains while retaining the optical quality of its showers even after heavy use.

Roman has been accredited to ISO-14001 since 2009 and in 2021 achieved carbon neutral certification from the Carbon Trust – PAS 2060:2014 (Specification for the demonstration of carbon neutrality) with a huge focus on energy and water in addition to emissions from employee’s commuting, business travel and the treatment of waste generated in its operations. Roman has also long embedded circular economy principles throughout its supply chain which is entirely focused upon levels of recycling before and after the life of a product. Sustainability permeates across every department and process which has an enormous impact on material selection, use of recycled materials and recyclability at end of life. Roman utilises materials such as aluminium, brass, cardboard packaging that are all 100% recycled before use – with other materials such as glass close behind.
